How do I return my online order?

If a product received by you is different from your liking then you can return the product, no questions asked. To return the product, the customer must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product that they would like to return it and then would have to ship it back to us within 15 days, only then would the customer be eligible for a full refund.

 

The customer will bear the charges of any monetary loss through online payment.

What is your refund policy?

If a customer wants to return the product after the time frame mentioned above they would be eligible for a monetary return which would be 20% less than the original price paid.
If a customer returns the goods after 5 years from the date of purchase they would be eligible for a monetary return which would be 5% more than the original price paid.

What if I want to exchange my product?

To exchange the product, the customer can do so within 15 days of purchase and ask for a product with the same price and if the new product is of higher value then the difference must be paid. For a product to be eligible for exchange, the product must be unused.

Do I need the original invoice?

Yes, for any sort of return, refund or exchange the original invoice must be presented.

How much time does a refund take?

For a refund to be completed it would require 5-7 business days.

What if I receive a defective product?

In case a customer receives a defective or broken product they can call us immediately and would be required to send us a picture of the product in the exact condition it was received and they will be refunded the full amount (except money lost in the online transfer process).

What if I want to get a jewellery piece repaired?

If a customer wants to get a piece of jewellery repaired, they must have all the parts with them and in case parts are missing, if the customer so wishes they could get new stones put in with additional charges applicable equivalent to the price of the new stone and repair charges. The company offers free repair for the first three months after purchase, thereafter repair charges will be applicable.

How do I know if my payment has been received?

For all online payments, the customers are supposed to email a copy of the payment transfer message to the official company email to receive a confirmation.
